HISTORY
FERPA was founded by Antonio Patino in 1990 after a long career in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Antonio felt there was a need in the industry which had not been met- Precise quality products, immediate turnaround, at a low cost, without the need of outsourcing abroad. This simple mindset has been at the root of who FERPA is known to be today.

Erica’s main focus is the creation of long term value for our organization from customers, markets, business administration and employee relations. She is dedicated to continuous improvement in the face of rapidly evolving and changing markets. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in International Trade and Marketing from the State University of New York- F.I.T and a Professional HR Development certification from Rice University.
Jonathan handles the daily management of our production operations and helps to maximize profitability by increasing revenue and lowering operating expenses. He has a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from The University of Houston, and a Master of Science in Production Engineering & Management from Warsaw University of Technology.
